问:目前的EMS、DHL、TNT、UPS、FEDEX贵司是什么折扣?
答:目前国际快递一直处于价格上下调幅度比较大,实际价格随着市场价格及国际航空燃油的浮动而变化。烦请买家出货前,先行咨询掌柜确认折扣价格。
问:国际快递运费是怎么样计算的?
答: 1.计费重量单位:特快专递行业一般以每0.5KG(0.5公斤)为一个计费重
2.首重与续重:特快专递货品的寄递以个0.5KG为首重(或起重),每增加0.5KG为一个续重。通常起重的费用相对续重费用较高。
3.实重与材积:是指需要运输的一批物品包括包装在内的实际总重量称为实重;当需寄递物品体积较大而实重较轻时,因运输工具(飞机、火车、船、汽车等)承载能力及能装载物品体积所限,需采取量取物品体积折算成重量的办法做为计算运费的重量,称为体积重量或材积。体积重量大于实际重量的物品又常称为轻?孜铩?
4.计费重量:按实重与材积两者的定义与国际航空货运协会规定,货物运输过程中计收运费的重量是按整批货物的实际重量和体积重量两者之中较高的计算。
(注:目前只有国际EMS按照重量来计算的,其他的国际快递都是按照实际重量

问:如果我的货物在运输的途中,损坏或者丢失是否有提供赔偿的呢?
答:请亲将自己容易破碎的货物包装好,避免物品在中转过程中出现破损等情况。在中转过程中如有包裹丢失(此情况绝少发生)店主按50元/KG,但是不得超出600元/票赔偿予客户,贵重物品请客户自行购买保险。
问:我客户签收后,发现里面货物损坏了,这样能赔偿吗?
答:不好意思哦,因为签收后,官方是不承认于是在快递途中损坏的,所以是没有办法赔偿的。亲要记住哦.快递在派送的时候要先验货在签收,要懂得维护自身的合法权益。
